Conditions Summary
- Deadline: You have a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to make any exchange or return.
- Product Condition: The item must be in perfect condition, exactly as it was sent to you. Returns of damaged, used products, or those that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- Responsibility: Items are your responsibility until they reach our store. Please ensure they are properly packaged so they do not suffer damage during transit.
How to Manage a Return
To start the process, you must fill out our Contact Form, making sure to include your order number.

Size or Product Exchanges
If you wish to receive the same product in a different size or an alternative product, you must place a new order through our website and pay the shipping costs again.
Return or Replacement of Defective Products
If you consider that the Product does not meet the specifications or has a defect, you must contact us immediately via the form, providing the Product details, order number, and information about the defect.
Once the returned Product has been inspected, Peregrin Tuk will send you an email indicating whether a return or replacement is appropriate (within a reasonable period). If you choose a replacement for an identical product, Peregrin Tuk will cover all shipping costs for the new Product.
General Refund Provisions
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Once the product has been inspected and verified to meet the requirements, the product amount will be refunded.
- Important: If the original order had associated shipping costs, these will not be refunded.
